Turns was created by 11 reconstructive urology fellowship trained physicians at academic centers throughout the nation with the sole purpose of collaborating of improving the healthcare of those patients requiring urologic reconstruction. Through the efforts of thankful patients we have been able to collect money to further our research in this area. This allows turns members to house an independent and secure online database as well as to employ a database manager to input patient data. It also allows members to travel to national and international meetings to present results. In 2014 turns became a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization such that your donations are tax exempt.
